Wireless Internet access is available throughout the meeting area. Place your company or product logo on the wireless internet home page with a link to your company website.

Show your support by sponsoring the official THT 2025 conference lanyard! Each attendee will receive this sponsored logo item during registration and will wear it throughout the duration of the meeting.

Hotel key cards are the first items attendees see when they check into the hotel and are used throughout their stay at the Omni Boston Hotel. Brand the key cards and sleeves and be the first to welcome attendees to the meeting and encourage them to visit your booth!

Cost: $12,000.00 (Tuesday or Wednesday morning)

Greet attendees to the meeting and encourage them to visit your booth with hotel room door drops. Your company’s message can be placed outside or under the hotel room door for receipt Tuesday or Wednesday morning, limited to one sponsor per day.

The CRF Events App Interstitial Screen will be the first thing attendees view as they log into the app. A full screen ad can be displayed every 4 hours when the user launches the app. An external website can be launched when the user taps on the app. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
