Contract and full payment for exhibit space must be received by Friday, January 10, 2025.
Exhibit Booth fee:
10’ x 10’: $30,000.00 (includes 2 full meeting badges)
10' x 20': $40,000.00 (includes 4 full meeting badges)
Fee includes:
- 8’ high back drape
- 3’ high draped side dividers
- 7” x 44” company identification sign
Exhibit booths are standard 10’ x 10’ units arranged in a straight line. The maximum height for each booth is 8’. 10' x 20' exhibit booths available upon request.

Tabletop Display (Start-ups Only)
CRF is pleased to offer table-top display opportunities to qualifying start-up companies at THT 2025, giving them the opportunity to showcase their latest advancements and technologies.
Qualifying startup companies can purchase a table-top display at THT 2025 at a lower discounted rate. Please submit the THT 2025 Startup Application to see if your company qualifies.
Exhibit slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Submissions will be accepted beginning Wednesday, September 4, at 1:00 PM EDT. Requests submitted before that time will not be accepted.
